Problematic

A while back the app was updated, and ever since then I have been unable to access my profile using u phone. It glitches and closes. I have written to tech support and was told it was a known issue for iPhone 5c and that they were working to resolve it for the next update. I have waited very patiently up til this point. Im fairly upset that I can not cash out my sold photos or anything from my phone, which is my primary internet access. I am going to be removing this app shortly of the issue is not resolved.
